The NL playoff picture for 2026

      Cru's Corner has predicted the division winners to be the Los Angeles Dodgers, New York Mets, and Chicago Cubs.  The Dodgers and the Cubs should have enough wins to earn the byes in the Wild Card Round.  The Pittsburgh Pirates will have the starting pitching to squeak by the San Diego Padres to win the last wild card spot; however the Mets should be able to win that wild card series.  The other wild card series will be the Philadelphia Phillies vs. the Atlanta Braves.  The Phillies offensive firepower will get them to the next round.

     The NL Division Series will see the Dodgers beating the Phillies.  I will preface the rest of this prediction by saying I am a die-hard Cub fan, so maybe my heart is in the way.  The Cubs will beat the Mets in a great series.  As much as I love the Cubs, the Dodgers are one of the greatest teams ever assembled.  The NL Championship Series will go to the Dodgers.  

     The Dodgers might be on a five or six year incredible run; however Cru's Corner has the Orioles over the Dodgers in the World Series.
